Distribution of Information

Information pertaining to a swimmer will only be distributed to those who know the swimmer's participant ID. In extreme circumstances we may share information with governmental agencies when required by law.

All collected information is kept secure. Employees of Swimgen, will only access collected information when requested to by the organization that provided the information. For example, if you contact customer service regarding a report card or swimmer, we will access the report card or swimmers information in order to resolve the problem.
